Parasites?

Woah, breakthrough! Today a friend of mine and I were discussing what the human race is most like. He decided that its like a huge group of parasites that feed off of one another for their entire life, always "eating" or being "eaten" by one of its comrades.

Let me explain....

When a mommy and a daddy love each other very much they decide to have a baby. For the first nine months the parasite(this is what I'll call people for the rest of the explanation, just so you know) sucks all the energy and food from the mother, rejecting any food they detest. The mother is always sore and sick and not feeling her best. This causes her to have a short temper, thereby making the dad's life sucky too.

The parasite is born and is very cute...but very needy. It needs food and comfort and sleep and are always pooping, puking, or crying (sometimes all three at once...ew). It keeps its parents up all hours of the night and they soon are running very low on energy.

The parasite starts to grow up. But the bigger it gets, the more food it needs, the more money seems to be wasted on it. It starts going to school, and that just adds to the costs.

Then it gets to the adolescent stage of life. It starts questioning what its parents say and decides it wants to make its own decisions. It gets snotty and acts very much like it deserves everything. It is constantly begging money off its parents so it can dress like the other parasites its age. Not only that, but it wants to hang out where the other parasites hang out, have seen the same movies they have, and have everything that any other parasite thinks is "cool" or "sick" or "rad". They act like this is a necessity, and to them it is. At this age to be like everyone else is the only rule for survival.

Then the worst thing happens....The parasite finds another parasite they like a lot and they get married. They make a bunch of their own parasites, and the whole cycle starts again. There is more parasitic relationships then just the family too. What about the whole countries of parasites wanting to feed off a smaller country of parasites, so they attack them with weapons and cunning warfare until they are in charge?

This is a huge topic that needs to be adressed. I know that the human race can get out of its parasitic cycle if it tries hard enough.
